Terms and Conditions of Attendance and Participation

As a registered attendee or participant (“you”) in the Enterprise 5G Live event, (the “Event”) you agree to these terms and conditions (collectively, the “Agreement”) with SmartGig Media LLC (“SmartGig Media”). If you are completing the registration on behalf of another individual, you warrant that you have made the attendee or participant aware of this Agreement and that he or she has accepted these terms and conditions.

Attendee Requirements

Admittance: Your registration entitles you only to admittance to the Event. All other costs associated with your attendance (e.g., travel and accommodation expenses) shall be borne solely by you, and Interwork Media shall have no liability for such costs.

Use of Likeness: By attending the Event you grant SmartGig Media the right at the Event to record, film, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from or any payment to you.

Event Content. SmartGig Media, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the Event, including but not limited to, the Event name, themes, content, program, speakers, moderators, venue and time.

Identification. At time of check in, you must provide a form of photo identification.

Attendee Badge Usage. Attendee badges must always be worn in Event areas.

Visa Requirements. It is solely your responsibility to comply with any government visa requirements and failure to do so does not constitute a basis for a refund.

Prohibited Conduct: Limitations on Use. By registering, you agree not to share, transfer, sell or trade your badge. If you violate this policy, SmartGig Media may cancel your attendance and retain any payments.

Photography, Recording, and Videotaping. You may not record audio or video of sessions at the Event. You may take pictures within the show for purposes of company or annual reports, company media pieces, marketing materials, etc.

Denial of Admission: SmartGig Media reserves the right to deny admission to anyone for any reason.

Fees

Payment: Applicable fees are due upon registration. If payment is insufficient or declined for any reason, SmartGig Media may refuse to admit you and shall have no resulting liability.

Taxes: Fees may be subject sales tax, value added tax, or other taxes and duties, which, if applicable, will be charged to you in addition to the fees.

No Retroactive Fees Adjustments: Once you have registered, your fees will not be adjusted downward based on any sponsorship, discount or any other reason.

Discount and Special Rates: If you register using a special rate that is not applicable to you, you hereby give SmartGig Media the right to charge your card for the difference upon notice that SmartGig Media does not agree with your selection of a special rate. All determinations of special rates are in the sole discretion of SmartGig Media. Even if you meet the definition and requirements of a special rate, SmartGig Media reserves the right to not provide you any special rate.

Discount Codes. Discount codes may not be used with certain promotions.

What is Our Refund Policy?

Event Produces of Enterprise 5G understands that individual situations occur that may require you to cancel your registration. This page details our cancellation and refund policy and provides instructions on how to cancel a registration.

Registration Fees: Cancellations more than 72 hours from the scheduled event start time will receive a refund for any registration fees collected. We’re sorry, but last-minute cancellations (less than 72 hours from the scheduled event start time) or no-shows are ineligible for refunds.

Denial of Admission: The Event Producers, SmartGig Media, and Event Owners, 2030 Project, reserves the right to deny admission to any event attendee it believes does not meet the qualifications to attend and/or provided fraudulent information during registration. Any attendee may be asked to leave the event for any reason, such as exhibiting unruly or disruptive behavior. There will be no refunds to anyone in these circumstances.

Sending an Alternate: You are welcome to send an alternate to the event in your place for no additional fee, however, advanced notification is required. Please provide your alternate with the original registration information so we can adjust the registration and customize their badge accordingly during check-in.

What is our Covid Policy?

The safety, security and health of our attendees is our priority. We will follow state and local guidelines and recommendations by the CDC for masking and other protocols.

Local Guidelines and Recommendations: Vaccines remain the most powerful tool in the fight against COVID-19, including the Delta variant. Nonetheless, the Delta variant is infecting a small percentage of the vaccinated — who remain strongly protected against severe illness, hospitalization, and death. In those instances of infection in a vaccinated person, a face covering prevents further spread. Bay Area health officials urge all unvaccinated residents 12 and older to get vaccinated as soon as possible.
